An urgent custom packaging request needs a complete brief before Boxly can assess what may be feasible. The words “urgent” or “needed tomorrow” do not identify the box, quantity, artwork status or delivery requirement. Send the essential details together so the availability check starts from a usable specification.
1. Explain exactly what will go inside
List every item and measure it as it will be packed, including wrappers, lids, caps or separate containers. Record length, width and height. Explain whether products must stand upright, lie flat or sit in separate sections.
A reference photograph is useful for discussing appearance, but it cannot confirm fit. Ask for the internal dimensions and usable insert dimensions of the specific design being considered.
2. Give the exact quantity and versions
State the box quantity and split it by size, colour, artwork or recipient version. A total of 5,000 boxes across three designs is not the same production brief as 5,000 identical boxes.
For larger requirements, explore wholesale packaging. Availability, MOQ, specifications and quotation must be confirmed for the exact option.
3. Confirm whether artwork is approval-ready
Send the final logo, approved text, brand colours and correct artwork version in the requested format. Identify where the branding should appear and nominate one final approver.
If the wording, logo or placement is still changing, say so. Production timing should be discussed only after the specification and artwork are approved. Any later change requires feasibility and timing to be reconfirmed.
4. Separate production urgency from delivery
Share the complete delivery city, PIN code and required receipt date. Eligible custom production can be as short as 24 hours, subject to current availability, artwork approval and order requirements. This statement applies to production, not guaranteed delivery. Transport is confirmed separately.
If the request is seasonal, browse Diwali gift packaging options. For local context, see packaging Delhi NCR.
Free Delhi NCR delivery applies only to qualifying orders above 10,000 boxes. Exactly 10,000 does not qualify; destination and eligibility still require confirmation.
5. Ask for a written feasibility response
Request confirmation of the selected design, internal dimensions, insert, quantity, artwork status, current availability, MOQ, quotation and whether the custom-production brief is eligible for the discussed timing. Request delivery timing separately.
