Send a complete specification
A request that says only “I need boxes tomorrow” is not enough for an availability check. Share:
- what will go inside and the packed dimensions;
- box quantity and the quantity for every design version;
- preferred structure, size and insert arrangement;
- artwork or branding requirements;
- delivery city and PIN code;
- required receipt date.
If you have a reference photograph, use it to identify the look you prefer, then ask Boxly to confirm the exact product, internal dimensions, insert, material, finish, availability, MOQ and quotation. Do not assume every photographed design can be produced or customised within the same timing.
Make artwork approval-ready
Send the correct logo and final text in the requested file format. Identify the preferred placement and artwork version. Nominate one approver who can check spelling, logo proportions, colours and placement promptly.
